Digital Trunked Radio Communication
Etleimu is involved with the roll out of the
Digital Trunked Radio System for SAPS through Alcom
Matomo and Motorola. In doing so SAPS members will be
equipped with the most modern Tetra compliant trunked
communication network in the world. This is a first for
SAPS.
Etleimu will provide training and qualified Radio
technicians and installation centres to complete the
roll out, and get the
"Boys
and Girls in Blue"
to communicate effectively. |

Reggie Marimuthu (Chief Executive Officer)
Reggie Marimuthu chaired the Transmission Communications
Services Committee while being a Director (Brigadier) of
the South African Police. He was also the head of
Detective Services, and resigned after 23 years when he
was head hunted to take up a position with the South
African Postal Services as a General Manager. He was the
National Head of Security and Investigations Division.
Throughout his career he has had a special interest in
communications, experiencing the impact of instant and
effective communication systems from a security point of
view. He often assisted the Department of Communication
Services, especially in rural areas. Realising the huge
scope in the communications industry, Reggie joined
forces with his co-directors to provide a full and
comprehensive service to meet the standards as set by
the Minister during 1997. He was the chairman of the S.A.
Institute of Security. He was also the past Chairman of
the International Police Association (Head Office).
Reggie was born in Durban and moved to Pretoria in 1991. |

Johan Leibbrandt (Director - Technical)
Johan Leibbrandt was often called in to provide
innovative solutions to engineering projects at the
CSIR, and he was involved in a number of research and
manufacturing projects on optic fibre for the CSIR. His
solution orientated approach is utilized fully in the
ultimate successful completion of each Etleimu
communications project. He owned two extremely
successful engineering businesses and is still involved
with joint ventures with ESCOM, he holds patent rights
on
inventions used in the medical as well as electrical
fields. In recent years he has successfully completed
numerous projects involving every possible aspect of
telecommunications and is widely regarded as an expert
in this field.

Johan Etsebeth (Director - Admininstration and
Marketing)
Johan Etsebeth worked for T.E.M.S.A. (Telephone
Manufacturer of South Africa) before he joined Siemens
where he gained invaluable experience in communication
systems as manager of the electronic division. He left
Siemens to form his own engineering company, mass
producing parts for the electronic and motor industry,
as well as providing a maintenance service of electronic
systems. His unique interpersonal approach enables him
to successfully motivate each individual member from a
large staff compliment working on different projects and
his special insight and attention to detail assists him
to successfully keep track of administrative aspects of
the projects. |

Mabusela David Lamola (Director)
David Lamola has extensive experience of
top-level management, gained inter
alia as the Chief Executive
Officer of the former Lebowa Development Corporation, as
the Senior General Manager of the South African Post
Office, as director and chairperson of various private
companies.
David's field of expertise includes strategic planning,
entrepreneurial development, organisational
transformation, human resources, finances, management
and training, labour relations and labour law and the
development and implementation of personnel policies. |
